2. Is it possible to request a flavor other than those listed?
	Contact us with your request to discuss the possibilities. We do offer holiday and seasonal flavors such as peppermint chip, pumpkin, eggnog, and cream cheese.
3. Is your equipment shared with peanuts and/or other nuts?
	Although the cooking pans and utensils are sanitized after each use, they are shared with a variety of nuts.
4. Who is LUCKY THE FUDGE?

5. What would you attribute the quality of your fudge to?
	The Oh Fudge Co. has the longest continuous batch of fudge in the world. Although all secrets cannot be revealed about the finest fudge, continual stirring at an exact temperature, with premium quality ingredients has proven to be a perfect combination.
6. What is the shelf life of your fudge?
	The fudge maintains its freshness for at least 4 months. For maximum fudge enjoyment we recommend the fudge should be eaten within 2 months.
7. Can I refrigerate the fudge?
	Yes, the fudge can be refrigerated. However, it is recommended that the fudge be stored at room temperature. If the fudge is refrigerated, it should be kept airtight to prevent drying.
8. Is it possible to freeze the fudge?
	Yes, and then let it thaw at room temperature when you're ready to serve it.
9. What if the fudge gets dry?
	The fudge generally dries on the edges but the inner portion retains its moisture. If the entire piece of fudge is dry; you may microwave it for approximately 2-3 second intervals to desired consistency. Oh Fudge also works great as an ice cream topper.
